These rice croquettes are made with tomato filling wrapped in rice containing bright green basil. Using the Cornucopia KN551 allows the texture of the rice grains to be preserved. Variations can be created by changing the filling. In addition, the optional Two-Step Belt Model enables high-speed stable production of small products.
